My name is Dillon. It's a family name.
I was born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I love being outside, all things hosting, and a good old-fashioned trip to the movies.
Above all, I'm a creative.
You could say my creative pursuits began with my first writing attempt: my kindergarten diary where I pored over my deepest affections for peanut butter and jelly and boys who were mean to me on the playground.
My more formal creative efforts came when I was around ten and got a hold of the family camcorder. Since then, I've picked up more skills and passions that revolve around telling stories and solving problems.
This portfolio tells an important story—my story—one of many avenues and directions. It’s a story of storytelling, of trials and errors, and of countless naive YouTube copyright claims. I hope you come to enjoy my story, and possibly even the way I tell it.
